However, over the following months after meeting Jason, he consistently sent me new property updates, told me about changes occurring in the area and we continued to have many conversations regarding my real estate requirements. He always listened to my feedback, and based on our conversations we fine-tuned our focused on a specific area and certain properties. He returned calls, texts, and emails in a very timely fashion. Ultimately, we strategized on the best way to approach writing an offer on a property that was a great fit for me. The process of writing the offer, executing the offer, counter offers, etc. went extremely smooth because of Jason’s great brokerage skills and communication. After finally gaining acceptance after multiple counter offers, Jason had a support team who made managing the inspections, escrow, etc. extremely easy. I was kept up to date on all developments and there were no surprises during the transaction whatsoever. Closing the transaction was a very enjoyable experience. In summary, Jason is an experienced agent who works extremely hard on your behalf. His communication is excellent he only contacted me when there was pertinent market information that I needed to know. His ability to write offers, communicate the details of the offer, negotiate and strategize during the offer or counter offer process was excellent. And the escrow and closing process was a dream. Jason he still contacts me to insure that I am happy with the house and to see if there is anything additional he can do for me. I highly recommend Jason.

It turned out there were a total of 12 other offers so we were kind of freaking out, but we put our best foot forward and didn't stretch the budget beyond our comfort zone. Two days later we were pretty shocked to find out that we had won and we were pumped! Next came the stressful part of home inspections, locking in our loan etc. and while there were some challenges along the way Jocko was there for us through every step of the process and communicated regularly about what to expect next. Overall we made it to the finish line and now we couldn't be happier in our new home. We would highly recommend his services to anyone and look forward to working with Jocko next time!
