Sales of luxury homes on Oahu rose by 54% during the first two months of 2021! Sales of Oahu luxury homes continue its strength in the higher price ranges as homeowners opt for larger homes with accommodations for all members of the household to work, study and play at home.
There was a total of 30 luxury homes — 24 single-family homes and six condominiums — that sold for $2 million or more in February, with a median price of $2.8 million, a 30% increase from $2.15 million in February 2020. The overall median price for a single-family home on Oahu rose 20% in February to hit a new all-time high of $917,500.
